China is one of the fastest growing countries in terms of cryptocurrency development. It has largely captured the market and ranks top as far as mining is concerned. China has also started its trial with digital yuan and has further extended it to a few more cities across the country for the expected benefit of its citizens.
The initial start of the trial in the country will be spread across a lot of cities in the country, China’s ministry of commerce announced in a statement on Friday.
The statement also mentioned that these cities include those in the northern Chinese region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, eastern region of Yangtze River Delta, the “Greater Bay Area” around the Pearl River Delta, and some cities in Midwestern China
The People’s Bank of China will also be formulating rules to safe guard the event. At the prime stage cities which have been considered for assisting the trial includes Shenzhen, Chengdu, Suzhou, Xiong’an New Area.
