Gonka Expands Access to GNK Through Tangem Integration and Limited-Edition Hardware Wallets at WebX 2026

The community-governed AI compute network brings native GNK support to Tangem Wallet and introduces a co-branded hardware wallet during its presence at WebX Asia

TOKYO, July 14, 2026 — Gonka, a decentralized network for high-efficiency AI compute, today announced that its native coin, GNK, is now supported in Tangem Wallet, giving network participants a simple self-custodial way to hold, send and receive GNK.

Tangem users can now securely manage GNK on the native Gonka network alongside wrapped GNK on Ethereum. The integration allows Gonka Hosts, developers and community members to hold, send and receive GNK while retaining full control of their private keys.

GNK is the native coin of the Gonka network, where GPU owners contribute computational resources to AI workloads and earn rewards based on verified compute. Developers use the network to access distributed computing resources without depending on centralized cloud providers.

“Gonka is built around direct participation: GPU operators contribute real computational power, developers use it, and the network coordinates the process through GNK,” said Daniil and David Liberman, co-creators of the Gonka protocol. “Native GNK support in

Tangem gives participants a practical way to manage the coin without surrendering control of their assets to a centralized intermediary.”

Tangem combines a mobile application with NFC-enabled hardware wallets in the form of cards and rings. Private keys are generated and stored within the wallet’s secure chip, while transactions are managed through the Tangem app and authorized by tapping the hardware wallet against an NFC-enabled smartphone.

“Self-custody should be simple and accessible, regardless of which blockchain ecosystem people use,” said Andrey Lazutkin, Co-founder & CTO of Tangem Wallet. “With native GNK support, the Gonka community now has a secure and intuitive way to manage their assets while maintaining full control of their private keys.”

To mark the collaboration, Tangem and Gonka have also produced a limited-edition black-and-white co-branded Tangem Wallet. A limited number of the wallets will be available for partners and KOLs at the Gonka booth during WebX 2026, taking place July 13–14 in Tokyo.

Native GNK support is available now in the latest version of the Tangem app for iOS and Android.
