Adam Aron, CEO of AMC Theaters in a recent announcement reveals when that the biggest cinema chain in the world is going to start accepting the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency. Then, notes this will happen within the next 120 days.
Furthermore, Crypto company BitPay with headquarters in Atlanta will handle this the payments.
Also, Aron confirms that AMC, operating about 978 movie theaters worldwide, will become BitPay’s first customer to accept Shiba Inu.

Additionally, AMC kicks off accepting Bitcoin and several major altcoins. Then, add ticket payment options with Dogecoin to be available soon.
Notably, BitPay also conducts a survey to determine out what coin to add to its platform. Then, it lists Shiba Inu, Cardano, Solana and Chainlink as among the available options.
Currently, Shiba Inu is seeing a decline of 3.62% over the last 24 hours. However, doing better than the rest of the cryptocurrency market.
