Blockchain Salaries In China Are Increasing As Industry Booms

Chinese recruiting firms which operate on blockchain have started to pay higher salaries. It has been said that this occurrence has been caused due to the higher demand in the field.

Chainnews, quoted statistics from Zhaopin, and said that hundreds of companies in China have been hiring staff for blockchain-related jobs. The salaries start at $2,865 on average. Whereas it has increased by an average of $1,230 last year.

Candidates with experience over three years have also been paid higher salaries. For people fitting this criteria, the average salary is set at $7,000 per month. Tech companies have even begun to provide educational resources to employees in order to help them understand the complexities of the technology.

A statement issued by China’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, or MOHRSS, in May, officially recognized blockchain-focused professions, like tech developers, engineers, and analysts.
