Despite the market crash, Elon Musk’s Dogecoin price increased by 5%

After Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted about Dogecoin, the price of the meme cryptocurrency spiked by about 5% for 23 seconds on the Binance exchange at 11:11 p.m. UTC.

Musk recently tweeted that anyone who use the term “billionaire” in a derogatory manner are “stupid” and “morally wrong.”

Musk joked about making a movie named “Dogecoin Trillionaire” because David Gokhshtein observed that the word “trillionaire” sounded much better.

For a brief moment, the mention managed to push the price of DOGE up, but the increase was short-lived.

Musk announced in October that he would be the first Dogecoin trillionaire.

The cenbillionaire confirmed in early March that he would not sell his DOGE assets. Musk possesses Bitcoin and Ethereum, in addition to the meme cryptocurrency.
